• Fixed the Content zone processor issue handling an empty style tag
• Fixed the issue where code fields in Widget are editable by the user with "Read-only" permission

• Removed Joda-time lib and replaced time references with Java-time.
• Updated copyright dates and headers in all the files and updated BLC dependencies.
• Merged bug fixes and enhancements included in 3.2.9-GA
