Broadleaf Theme 2.0.8-GA

This is the 8th patch release for the Broadleaf Theme module 2.0.x. This release of Theme has the following dependencies:

• Broadleaf Commerce Framework version 5.0.10-GA or higher

• Fixed issue where theme files were not computing their file name versions correctly when a theme variable was modified
• The template cache is never invalidated when an HTML theme file changes
• Add the Theme to the cache key for Thymeleaf templates
• Removed Required Override because the validation configuration handles this.
