Broadleaf ProductType 1.0.2-GA

This is the 2nd patch release for the Broadleaf ProductType 1.0.x module. This version of the ProductType module has the following dependencies

• Broadleaf Commerce Framework 5.1.0-GA or higher
• MerchandisingGroup 1.1.0-GA or higher
• PriceList 3.1.0-GA or higher

• Fixed incorrect boolean values in load scripts
• Will now factor in previous order items quantity when replacing with an updated one

• Changed to use uppercase table names in demo sql load data
