Broadleaf OMS 4.0.6-GA

This is the 6th patch release for the Broadleaf OMS 4.0.x module. This module requires Broadleaf Framework 7.0.7-GA or greater.

• Added the missing presentation annotation for the field expectedShipDate in ShipmentDetailImpl.
• Made logging improvements for the validation of the Shipment Details.

Enhancements(3)

• Refactored the re-indexing logic for the Orders to use batches which is set by the property solr.reindex.order.batch.size and its set to 1000 by default.
• Updated module to use commons-lang3 and commons-collection4 instead of older versions with security vulnerabilities.
• Upgrade Broadleaf dependencies to latest versions and updated copyright dates
