Broadleaf Multi-Tenant 3.1.3-GA

This is the 3rd patch release of Multi-Tenant 3.1.0. This version of the Multi-Tenant module has the following dependencies

• Common Enterprise version 3.1.2-GA or higher
• Enterprise version 3.1.2-GA or higher
• Jobs and Events version 2.1.5-GA or higher
• PriceList version 3.1.2-GA or higher

Major Bugs(2)

• Fixed issue where Site-level price lists were causing products to not display on site by adding MT functionality to price list indexing
• Used the SystemPropertiesService instead of RuntimeEnvironmentPropertiesManager in order to resolve system properties from the DB

Minor Bugs(1)

• Ensure that Hibernate's @Parent is populated even when not being pulled from the database
