Broadleaf EnterpriseSearch 2.0.2-GA

This is the 2nd patch release of the EnterpriseSearch 2.0 release. The 2.0.x version of the EnterpriseSearch module requires Broadleaf Commerce Framework 5.0.0 or higher.
