Broadleaf Enterprise 2.1.0-GA

This is the 1st release of the Enterprise 2.1 release. The 2.1.x version of the Enterprise module requires Broadleaf Commerce Framework 4.0.8 or higher.

• Added protection for promotions and deployment events against a VM crash or kill -9 OS calls.

Minor Bugs(3)

• Fixed backwards compatibility issue with WorkflowEvent.setupStatus
• Updated EntityItemServiceImpl to properly save the updated workflow sandbox item when the item already exists.
• Fix the "change" details on product to only display changed fields.
