BroadleafCommerce - 5.0.15-GA

• Address issue where entities where getting incorrectly their updated date changed when browsing the site
• Disallow adding archived skus to cart
• Fix for Image corruption that can occur when multiple treatments for the same image are requested concurrently

Minor Bugs(4)

• Added null check when ValidateAddActivity evaluates the order currency
• Added null check for order when DatabaseOrderLockManager is configured to throw exception instead of queueing the lock attempt
• Fixed bug where rules based on Locale couldn't be promoted
• Fix for issue where Rule's restrictions do not show the value properly

• Allow structured content field map to have better programmatic maintenance
• Enhance pageField map to allow programatic maintenance
