Broadleaf API 2.1.2-GA

This is the 2nd patch release for the Broadleaf API 2.1.x module. This version of the API module has the following dependencies

• Broadleaf Commerce Framework 5.1.0-GA or higher

• Fixed small bug where child order items were not null checked
• Moved order pricing to when the order is saved instead of on item add as well
• Don't price the order on Item Add, instead price when saving the order
• Update or remove dependencies to address any known security vulnerabilities in those dependencies
