intersection

Important: The generic "Object" parameters for this utility class are included as a work around to a known, MVEL issue. Prior to this commit, this class had two "intersect" methods (see commit history). MVEL compiled expressions would sometimes be associated with the wrong method. This was difficult to produce and also to recreate. Any changes to this class should be approved by Jeff Fischer.
