Broadleaf Quote 2.3.4-GA

This is the 4th patch release for the Broadleaf Quote 2.3.x module.

• Fixed a potential issue where an anonymous customer can cause a TransientObjectExeption by adding null check in QuoteDaoImpl when reading quotes by customer.
• In ExpiringQuoteSystemEventConsumer changed logic to set the property "setInternalIgnoreFilters"

Enhancements(1)

• Updated copyright dates and headers in all the files and updated BLC dependencies.
