Broadleaf PriceList 3.2.4-GA

This is the 4th patch release for the Broadleaf PriceList 3.2.x module. The 3.2.x version of the PriceList module has the following dependencies:

• Broadleaf Commerce Framework 5.2.4-GA or higher
• Broadleaf Commerce Common Modules Enterprise 3.2.1-GA or higher
• Broadleaf Jobs and Events 2.2.2-GA or higher
• Broadleaf Rest API 2.2.2-GA or higher

• When validating for duplicate PriceData entities, the comparator was incorrectly using "!=" instead of ".equals"

• Changed the out-of-box configuration of nested pricing (sub-documents) to false
