Broadleaf Paypal 2.7.0-GA

This is the first release of the Paypal 2.7.x release. The 2.7.0-GA version of the Paypal module has the following dependencies:

• Broadleaf Commerce Framework version 5.0.0-GA or higher
• Broadleaf Third Party Module Configuration version default
