Minor Bugs(2)

• Fixed the issue where promotions would fail because of number format exception for the dates. Added check and cast to LocalDateTime of time value in updateBeforeValueWithLatest() for ChangeDetail in SimpleChangeDetailDaoImpl.java.
• Fixed the issue where updating products using importer throws errors. Added isTenantInfo() in SimpleCloneDaoImpl.java to check and populate parameters correctly in PreparedStatement.
