After changes for the entities are approved, the form is supposed to be read-only until the deployment is complete. In rare cases, some field or button stays enabled/editable. Therefore, added page refresh after approval to enforce the desired behavior.
Fixed an issue with the Workflow Item Purge which removes old items but can stay in a cache. Added a null check in case stale data is fetched from a cache. Also added option to create cache invalidation event which is enabled by this property:

    should.create.cache.invalidation.event.on.sandbox.items.purge = true
