Have ability to manipulate with properties before beans that uses those properties will initialize Implements BeanPostProcessor because it will force spring to load this bean as early as possible, which is required for setting system property for HSQLDB before class loader loads HsqlDatabaseProperties(from HsqlDB) class where static initializer will read system property
